Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Items must include all original packaging, tags, and components.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Mirrors with broken or scratched glass.
• Items showing signs of use, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email info@beausoul.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
